We had a great time on Thursday evening at the Rosenfield Porcini Gallery. The guests loved the canapes and the Champagne flowed. Amazing feedback from our client and the guests so we hope to be back.

and finally the finished dish...full of citrusy sour flavours from the dried limes. serve with saffron rice and baberries. |
